About PÄX

PÄX Studios is a boutique jewelry design company owned and operated by Liz Lenny Ferrara.

A lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley area of New York, Liz studied fine art at New Paltz College. After establishing and growing a successful photography studio, she made a change and returned to her first love of jewelry design and fabrication.

Liz is a metalsmith primarily, but also dabbles in stones, beads, leather, resin, clay, and anything else she finds laying around that can be up-cycled and incorporated into her handmade jewelry.

Liz is a past President of the Hudson Valley Professional Photographer's Society of New York. She was also a founding member of the Hudson Valley Maker and Artisan Cooperative based in Beacon, NY. Recently, Liz was a cohort in the Good Work Institute Hudson Valley Fellowship. She previously curated a collection of work from over 30 different artists, makers, and craftspeople from the Hudson Valley at reMADE, her store at 133 Main Street Beacon, NY.
